Refund policy
All Fluffy Butt Society products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
However, we stand behind our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was shown, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at thefluffybuttsociety@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect size or color selected at checkout
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Orders where the shipping address provided was incorrect
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
